The ambiance was charming and inviting.
My experience was plagued by several issues. The toilet seat was cracked and very uncomfortable, a basic fix that was overlooked. The lack of working power points in the room made charging devices a hassle. I was like an intrusion due to the indifferent staff who seemed uninterested in providing support. The dimly lit areas of the premises felt dingy and neglected, overshadowing any potential comfort.

Luxurious hotel with satisfactory breakfasts and new-fashioned rooms, that's what we liked. The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, some of them especially. The breakfast with very nice orange juice. This property was set in a very central area not far from the Champagne avenue, where many local Champagne companies are located, Epernay and Avenue de Champagne, and the centre of Eperney. Furthermore, to the vineyard & tasting. Had a wonderful stay here during our trip.

We had a such wonderful stay in the winter.
We appreciated this place. It was a trendy boutique hotel. Its location relatively close to Mercier was marvellous and incredible. The property was in a calm area, so close to a very luxurious office park of sorts, the centre of the champagne houses and restaurants and champagne houses: D

The ambiance of the house caught our attention immediately, especially the private garden space that provided a perfect escape from the summer heat. Breakfast was a highlight, with an array of pastries, fresh fruit, and perfectly cooked egg dishes. Parking access was a challenge due to the one-way streets, and I noticed the air conditioning struggled a bit during the hottest part of the day. The shower pressure fluctuated, a bit inconvenient after a long day exploring.

100% recommend for a stopover
Spacious room, charming ambiance, with a refrigerator stocked with a complimentary split of champagne. We enjoyed the substantial breakfast buffet with eggs cooked in several ways, alongside being conveniently located on the renowned street filled with champagne houses, just a short walk from the city center.

Bless your heart, that spacious kitchen had us feelin' right at home! The breakfast spread? Ain't nothin' like fresh orange juice with made-to-order eggs. Plus, them friendly staff were always trendin' with a smile and a glass of bubbly! The only hiccup was that tiny bathroom, but shoot, it didn't ruin a thing!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the fresh fruit and bread at breakfast. It was nice to relax in the garden area and enjoy some live music in the evenings. The only downside was the toilet seat could use a bit of fixing, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 😊

The Standard Double Room was spacious and clean, which I loved. The two sinks in the bathroom made it super convenient. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the air conditioning kept the room comfy, especially with hot weather. The decoration was nice, felt cozy. But just a heads up, the access for parking was a bit tricky, and if you're arriving by car, make sure to follow the one-way street. Still, a really great stay overall!
